Why use “Kaya Login Notification”?
Kaya Login Notification sends an email notification when a selected WordPress user successfully logs in to your site.
The plugin is easy to install and configure. You can choose which user roles should trigger notifications, add additional notification recipients, exclude trusted IP addresses and customize the notification email.
Login information can be included in notification emails using shortcodes. The available shortcodes are displayed directly in the settings page and can be copied with a single click.
Kaya Login Notification supports standard WordPress roles, custom roles such as WooCommerce roles, users with multiple roles, users without an assigned role and the Super Admin role on WordPress Multisite.

Kaya Login Notification is a lightweight login notification plugin with customizable settings for WordPress sites.
Login Information
The following information can be included in notification emails using shortcodes:
- Site name.
- Site URL.
- Username.
- User role.
- User email address.
- Date and time of login.
- IP address.
- Browser.
- Operating system and platform.
UTM and Request Information
The UTM shortcode provides request and campaign information, including:
- HTTP referer.
- Request URI.
- Query string.
- UTM campaign.
- UTM medium.
- UTM source.
- UTM term.
- UTM content.
- UTM ID.
Privacy
Kaya Login Notification does not collect or send personal user data to the plugin author or any third-party service.
The plugin does not set cookies and does not connect to external services.
When a user successfully logs in, the plugin temporarily processes login and user information to generate the configured notification email. This may include the username, user role, email address, IP address, browser and platform, depending on the selected shortcodes.
The plugin does not store this information after the notification has been generated.

Installation
The quickest way:
- Go to Plugins > Add New in WordPress.
- Search for “Kaya Login Notification”.
- Click Install Now and then Activate.
The other way:

How can I customize the notification email?

Go to Kaya Studio > Login Notification in the WordPress administration area.
You can customize the notification sender name, sender email address, subject and content.
You can also use the available shortcodes to include site, login and user information in the notification email.

Which users can trigger a login notification?

Go to Kaya Studio > Login Notification and select the user roles for which login notifications should be sent.
You can enable or disable notifications for standard WordPress roles, the Super Admin role on Multisite, custom roles, users with multiple roles and users without an assigned role.

Can I send notifications to additional email addresses?

Yes.
You can add additional email addresses in the plugin settings. Login notifications will then be sent to these addresses in addition to the main notification address.

Can I exclude my own IP address from notifications?

Yes.
Go to Kaya Studio > Login Notification and add your IP address to the IP whitelist.
You can add multiple IP addresses to exclude trusted addresses from login notifications.
