When the plugin is active, it loads a JavaScript file from `annonabot.com` on your site’s frontend pages. When a visitor interacts with the chat widget, their messages are sent to Annona Bot’s servers for processing and a response is returned. No visitor data is collected or transmitted until the visitor actively sends a message through the widget. Visitor data is never used for model training. Yes. Colors, greeting message, position, and branding are all configured in your dashboard and apply automatically. ### What happens if the bot can’t answer a question?
