Facebook for WooCommerce

Description

This is the official Facebook for WooCommerce plugin that connects your WooCommerce website to Facebook. With this plugin, you can install the Facebook pixel, and upload your online store catalog, enabling you to easily run dynamic ads.

Marketing on Facebook helps your business build lasting relationships with people, find new customers, and increase sales for your online store. With this Facebook ad extension, reaching the people who matter most to your business is simple. This extension will track the results of your advertising across devices. It will also help you:

  • Maximize your campaign performance. By setting up the Facebook pixel and building your audience, you will optimize your ads for people likely to buy your products, and reach people with relevant ads on Facebook after they’ve visited your website.
  • Find more customers. Connecting your product catalog automatically creates carousel ads that showcase the products you sell and attract more shoppers to your website.
  • Generate sales among your website visitors. When you set up the Facebook pixel and connect your product catalog, you can use dynamic ads to reach shoppers when they’re on Facebook with ads for the products they viewed on your website. This will be included in a future release of Facebook for WooCommerce.

Always a mess. Meta business should be rebuild from the ground. This plugin also. Keep getting setup loops after it should ad products to the store. As if nothing was setup. In Meta I see the store, but nothing more. Had contact with Meta support, made loom video’s, they called me and everything and after a while, sorry you need a different support, can you make a new ticket?!!! Just wauw!

I’m experiencing a fatal error related to the JSONResponse constructor in the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. The plugin calls this function without the required argument, causing a site-breaking error when used alongside Elementor. Deactivating the plugin resolves the issue. Both plugins are up to date, but this conflict still exists.Additionally, I’m currently unable to create a support topic on the official forum to report this problem, which makes getting help difficult. Please look into this critical issue and provide a fix soon.

Either I need to bulldoze all my FB account and start over, or FB needs to bulldoze theirs. The backend is a mess and I don’t understand it. I’ve set my connection and I can never figure out where my products are within FB. I’ve had zero orders through FB, but yet people have no problem ordering through my own site, Etsy, or TikTok. Something is wrong and this plugin keeps losing connection or something. I have no idea. I don’t want to mess with trying to reach a real person, because I feel like I’ve been in FB for so long, all their services from 15 years ago have been ducttaped together with modern ones. I have so many business and ad account that for one service, I have no idea what’s current. This plugin doesn’t help with any of that, and now, the only thing that shows up is “troubleshooting” even though there’s supposed to be a connection. No details show under the plugin for my account.

Terrible Plugin – Avoid at All Costs I strongly advise against installing this plugin. It completely broke my website. Even after deleting, reinstalling, clearing cache, resetting the database, and cleaning all related folders, the issues persisted. The plugin is full of bugs, crashes frequently, and does not load properly. I even attempted a full reset and fresh start, but nothing worked. At this point, I’ve given up and will advertise manually on Facebook until these issues are fixed. This plugin feels unstable and unreliable — definitely not ready for production use.

Warning: This plugin may cause your pixel to disappear from Ads Manager and affect your campaigns. If this happens, you will need to reconnect it through your Business Manager settings. It is not compatible with PixelYourSite, even though PixelYourSite claims otherwise.
