Activate the plugin through the **Plugins** menu in WordPress 4. Open the settings for the plugin, then add your Application ID, App Secret, and Mailbox ID. 5. Add `[hsd_form]` shortcode to a page or post to capture contact submissions OR use the Help Scout beacon. Beacon is included on all Free plans, so you can embed your Beacon using this plugin. Enable it, follow the guide, but there’s no way to activate the app. Then, it throws nonstop errors when you try to change the status of an order and doesn’t let customers check out their order. Beacon doesn’t work either. Well supported and always seems to work without issue.
