When a form is submitted and synchronization is enabled, the mapped lead data is transmitted to Utiliko. Upload the plugin ZIP through Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, or install it from the WordPress Plugin Directory when available. 3. Activate Lead Magnet For Utiliko. 4. Open **Utiliko LeadSync** in the WordPress admin. 5. Enter the Utiliko tenant name and click **Authenticate**. 6. Open **Field Mapping**, select a WPForms form, and map the required fields. 7. Use **Send Test Lead (Unique Email)** to verify the connection. ## FAQ ### Which form plugin is supported? WPForms Lite and WPForms Pro are supported. ### What happens if I disconnect Utiliko? The site-specific tenant is cleared and the integration must be authenticated again before leads are sent. ### Where can I troubleshoot a failed submission? Open **Utiliko LeadSync > Debug Log**. The plugin stores a limited history and redacts the access token from request logs. ### Can I clear the debug history? Yes.
